    P1 Investments operates as a venture syndicate: a curated group of investors who co-invest alongside our lead in seed through Series A companies across our core verticals.

    How It Works

    When P1 identifies a deal, we conduct deep diligence and negotiate terms. Syndicate members then receive a deal memo with our thesis, key metrics, and investment terms. Each member decides whether to participate on a deal-by-deal basis. No blind pool, no long-term lock-up.

    This model gives our LPs the transparency and flexibility of direct investing with the access and curation of a traditional fund.

    Founder & GP

    Jeremy Terman

    Jeremy founded P1 after building and operating inside the industries it backs. As an early DoorDash hire he launched 25+ markets and closed $2B+ in national contracts, and he now leads Enterprise and Strategic Growth at 7shifts. He has worked at every stage of a startup, raised $2M for an esports and gaming startup, and invested in 20+ companies alongside partners including DashAngels.

    Stu Beath joins as Partner for the Sports & Entertainment vertical. He leads VIP relationships at Kalshi and has built new business at Underdog Fantasy and Output Performance, bringing trader, athlete, and franchise relationships to the syndicate.
